Mental Body.
The mental body is the part of us that holds our thoughts, beliefs, and inner dialogue. It shapes how we see ourselves, others, and the world. This layer is influenced by past experiences, societal conditioning, and the stories we’ve learned or created—many of which operate unconsciously.
When we become aware of these patterns, we begin to shift out of autopilot and into choice. Understanding the mental body helps us break cycles of fear, doubt, and stress, and opens us to new ways of thinking rooted in clarity and self-trust.
How this program supports the mental body:
Through guided inquiry, reflection, and dialogue, we’ll uncover the beliefs and thought patterns that are shaping your current reality. Emotional Body.
